If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded online within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Please complete and submit the form below. We will confirm receipt of your request by email without undue delay.

Upon receiving your notice of withdrawal, we will send you a confirmation of receipt without undue delay.

The purchase price will be refunded without undue delay and no later than within the period required by applicable law, using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Alternatively, the refund may be sent to the bank account provided in this form.
